Stéphane Horeczko is a French composer, pianist and sound designer.
From a young age, he has been passionate about music of all genres, but with a particular affinity for the piano.
He studied jazz and improvisation at the Dick Groove School of Music in Los Angeles, specializing in sound synthesis.
In Paris, he took classes in classical analysis and composition with Margherita Parise, an Italian composer from the Vienna School, on Rue Christine in Paris's 6th arrondissement.
He also took classes in instrumentation and orchestration with composer Allain Gaussin at the Schola Cantorum.
He has written the music for several short films, including Mark Hamilton's ‘An Ordinary Monday’, Sébastien Lifshitz's ‘Il faut que je l'aime’. He joined Sixième Son Agency and worked on the creation of sound identities for brands such as ADP (Aéroports de Paris), Baccarat, Fnac, and others.
Stéphane is also a sound designer. In 2018, he created ZenDAW which specializes in the production of sample-based virtual instruments. His creations are distributed worldwide and appreciated for their production quality and uniqueness.
Known for his elegant and cinematic style, Stéphane is a highly modern classical composer whose writing moves gracefully between time, harmony, and unexpected melodic turns. His refined piano language, subtly infused with jazz colors, creates a haunting and timeless listening experience.
Stéphane is a professional member of SACEM, an administrator at UNAC (National Union of Authors and Composers), and a member of ADAMI (Society for Services to Performing Artists).
